Dr. Masuda is a registered Patent Attorney and Pharmacist in Japan.
She worked at the Medical Information Service
and the
Intellectual Property Departments of Toray Industries, Inc. Prior
to
joining FTI, she was a Visiting Scholar at the Collage of Law of
the
University of Illinois.

She is also a project assistant professor at Research Center for
Advanced Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo. |

|
|
|
She currently acts as Lecturer of the Pharmaco-Business Innovation Course at
the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the University of
Tokyo. |

|
Dr. Masuda received her B.A. degree in pharmaceutical sciences
and her Ph.D. degree in intellectual property law from the University
of
Tokyo |
