	Industry Expert             Mr. Yamada started his career at Yuki Gosei Yakuhin Kogyo Ltd. where he developed production and separation process for bulk pharmaceutical compounds derived from nucleic acids. Subsequently he developed industrial scale separation processes for natural chemical compounds for the Japanese and Korean markets at Dow Chemical Japan and for US market at the Dow Chemical Company (USA). He joined Ebara Corporation and performed leadership role for new business development for air purification system for semiconductor industry with novel ion exchange fiber. After that, he managed marketing of biopharmaceutical purification systems for the Japanese market at Amersham Pharmacia Biotech (currently GE Healthcare Biosciences) . In the recent past, he managed and delivered strategic consulting for technology companies including life science and pharmaceutical industries at IBM Business Consulting Services KK.      Mr. Yamada received his B.S. in chemistry from Tokyo University of Science and his MBA from Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University.
